True Full-Service Breadth
Every stage of the concrete process, one company — not a patchwork of subcontractors.
Prime Concrete Floors is a full-service concrete polishing, grinding, staining, sealing, repair and coating contractor based in Orange County, CA — serving residential, commercial and industrial clients across Southern California.
Look across this category and a pattern shows up fast: most companies either specialize narrowly in one finish, or blend residential and commercial messaging together in a way that serves neither buyer well. We built Prime Concrete Floors to cover the whole process instead — diamond grinding, densifying, polished concrete at a named finish level, decorative staining, sealing, crack and spall repair, dust-proofing, overlays and stamped concrete — under one company, one crew, one warranty.
That breadth means the crew that grinds and polishes a 20,000 sq ft warehouse floor is the same crew that seals a homeowner’s patio the following week — not a referral network passing your job between subcontractors.

Before Prime Concrete Floors, our team spent years building and growing concrete-polishing businesses online — the actual day-to-day work of turning a local contractor into a company that shows up on page one when someone searches for polished concrete, grinding, or floor coatings in their area.
We’re not naming those prior businesses here — this isn’t a résumé of other brands, it’s context for how we operate. It means our estimators understand the industry from the customer’s side of the search results, not just the contractor’s side of the slab.
In practice, that experience shows up in the specifics this site leads with: a named finish-level scale instead of vague “matte to gloss” language, a specific stated warranty term instead of an unhedged “lifetime guarantee,” and directional pricing instead of a blind “request a quote” form.
Those are the same gaps we watched other concrete-polishing companies leave open for years. We built this business to close them from day one.
Across the concrete-polishing and coating companies in this market, coverage is usually one-sided: a company either specializes narrowly in one finish and turns away everything else, or takes on residential and commercial work with the same generic pitch for both, which tends to under-serve homeowners and facilities managers alike.
We started Prime Concrete Floors to close that gap directly: real breadth across every stage of the concrete process, a clean commercial/residential split in how we talk about the work, and the specifics — warranty term, finish-level scale, directional pricing — that most competitors leave vague.
Being full-service also changes the small things that make or break a floor: moisture testing before a coating goes down, the right densifier before a polish, and phased night-and-weekend scheduling for facilities that can’t afford to shut down.
No sales floor, no franchise playbook — when you call, you’re talking to the crew that’s actually going to grind, polish, stain, seal, repair or coat your floor.
We’d rather you check than take our word for it.
A California contractor’s license (CSLB) means the state has confirmed the required trade experience and passed a law-and-trade exam before issuing it — and being bonded means there’s a financial guarantee in place to protect you if contract terms aren’t met. Being insured means general liability and workers’ compensation coverage protect your property and our crew if something goes wrong on the job, instead of that risk falling on you.
In practice, that means you can ask for proof of license, bond and insurance before any work starts, and verify all of it directly with the state rather than taking a contractor’s word for it.
Six questions worth asking any concrete contractor before you sign anything — concrete polishing especially, where “matte to glossy” and “lifetime guarantee” get used a lot without much behind them.
We built Prime Concrete Floors to answer all six the same way, every time — see the Credentials and Why It Works sections above.
